Pair a strong blue or subtle raw milk hard cheese with island crafted charcuterie, bread, salt, chocolate, honey and you are set for a perfect picnic of island provisions.
Our journey began with an introduction to The Grey Barn Farm's owners Molly & Eric Glasgow and their amazing farm and cheesemaker staff for a a fantastic tour of their farms succulent pastures, cows, pigs and chickens to learn why loving care of the animals translates into amazing cheese.

We headed back to the barn for deep tasting of their 5 artisianal cheeses with educator Marit Bezahler paired with regional wines by Sommelier Jessica Wilcox. The result? A yummy adventure and a bag full of delicious cheese!
