Minimum group size for our adventures is 10 guests.
This great group activity gets you out on the water and behind-the- scenes of the Island's booming oyster farming industry. Our sail includes an intimate talk with a local biologist to learn about Aquaculture and getting the real ditty on native shellfish (hey! did you know that scallops have 50-100 eyes?) And, of course, learn to shuck an oyster like Islanders do.

This unique event invites you to learn to shuck oysters like a pro, eat tons of local oysters at a water-side bespoke Island location. Fun right? You'll leave with a new party skill and an authentic Martha's Vineyard experience that you can brag about (and use) at home. And, there's a bonus - you will meet local food folks and learn from Island biologists about this incredible bivalve - their culinary versatility, health benefits, and positive environmental and ecosystem impacts.

Our favorite foodie adventures include an intimate tour with local producer(s) and a hands-on cooking class or demo with one of our fantastic chefs. Each class we explore local seasonal foods and how to turn them into an incredible, fresh meal for a crowd. Families (6 years of age +) and all cooking abilities welcome!
